Marine Life Network members have been involved with or supported local volunteers in several hands-on projects.

Handfish – Handfish are unique to Tasmania and are endangered. Divers have made observations on the rare red handfish.

Fishwise urchin project – the East Coast of Tasmania is slowly being eaten away by a range extending urchin from New South Wales.

Map Your Local wreck – taking a pencil and paper out on a dive can be fun.
